MS2 Welcomes Jeffrey Rice!

MS2 is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Rice has joined MS2 as Director of Sales, reporting to founder Ben Chen. Jeffrey is one of the traffic data industry’s leading business development experts and will be fully responsible for sales management and expansion of MS2’s customer base.

Jeffrey brings to MS2 over 25 years of progressive sales experience in leadership positions. Most recently, he spent 8 years with Kistler Instrument Corporation, as their Sales Manager Traffic Solutions for North America. In this role, he was the personnel and operational leader for a highly skilled and efficient sales and service team focused on increased market share and revenue growth in the traffic sector. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Sales for LTS Scale Company for 8 years, where he was responsible for the management and execution of the multi-million-dollar North American sales operation.

Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Kent State University.
