Midwestern Software Solutions (MS2) announced today that transportation data management professional Glenn A. Harter was hired as a Business Development Manager. As a Regional Sales Manager at Peek Traffic Corporation, Glenn was well known to state DOT transportation data monitoring staff.
After participating in another successful NaTMEC conference, MS2 would like to share some of the highlights.
